Idaho Pharmacy School Info and Requirements

Idaho State University College of Pharmacy offers the only ACPE-accredited Pharmacy degree programs in Idaho for students who want to become pharmacists.

Although it’s the only school in the state to offer the education requirement needed, ISU offers pharmacy students a few different options to earn their PharmD, including a few dual degree programs. Idaho State Pharmacy School Accreditation

The state of Idaho recognizes the national ACPE accreditation as the standard for the state. ACPE accreditation is public recognition that a professional degree program leading to the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is judged to meet established qualifications and education standards through initial and subsequent periodic evaluations.

ACPE requires all programs it accredits to meet the expectations of all 25 of ACPE’s accreditation standards. There is currently one schools in the state of Idaho that offer the PharmD that are recognized as ACPE-accredited.
