Program Description
Butler is a private, comprehensive university with over 5000 full-time students enrolled in six colleges on our 295-acre campus located in Indianapolis which provides access to excellent, highly diverse clinical experiences and other opportunities.
Butler has been creating highly qualified pharmacy practitioners since 1904. Our curriculum prepares students for practice in all professional environments including innovative settings and post-graduate opportunities. Concentrations are available in Medical Spanish, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Patient Care research.
Our mission is to provide innovative, interprofessional experiences with a liberal arts perspective to develop life-long learners serving society as dedicated health professionals, scholars and community leaders. We take pride in:

We believe in experiential education providing a variety of 4-week pharmacy practice experiences; 2 introductory experiences and 10 advanced practice experiences at excellent sites in Indiana and nationwide.

The admissions criteria extend beyond academic minimums and include a measurement of these important attributes: verbal and written communication skills, understanding of the profession, commitment to patient care and professionalism. Other activities planned around the interview will include completion of a 30-minute writing exercise. |
