Letter of Recommendation Requirements

Two (2) evaluations (letters of reference) are required.

Conditionally Accepted: Clergy, Co-Worker, Employer, Professor (Any Subject Area), Supervisor, Teaching Assistant

Not Accepted: Family Member, Friend, Politician

Committee letters: Accepted (counts as more than one: Yes)

Letters of Reference must appear on company letterhead or contain equivalent official credentials (e.g., logo, address, contact info). The letter should also be signed by the recommender.
