Program Description

CUW’s School of Pharmacy educates pharmacists to be servant leaders, dedicated to improving the health of our communities through excellence in teaching, research, service, and practice.

Experiential Education

  • IPPEs: 2-week rotations during the middle of the four P1/P2 semesters
  • Elective IPPEs: available to P3 students to explore specialized pharmacy settings
  • APPEs: Eight P4 rotations to develop advanced pharmacy practice skills in diverse settings
  • PGY1 residencies: four 12-month (clinical underserved/community) and one 24-month (academic emphasis)

Interprofessional Practice & Education

  • Gain essential healthcare team experience with peers who are also pursuing advanced healthcare-related professional degrees in Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Medicine

Student-Centered
